Meadowbrook Acres is a 95 lot, 55+ Retirement Community on Route 20 in Brimfield, MA. We have an onsite clubhouse which our residents use for bingo and poker nights, or it can be reserved for private parties. Lot rent includes plowing of roads, common landscaping and maintaining onsite well and septic systems. An onsite trash collection area is available to all residents.
