With an office located in Nashua NH since the beginning, Rich began his real estate career in residential brokerage in 1978. Six years later he formed a commercial brokerage company, which quickly turned into the acquisition arm for a large real estate investment firm. In 1986, Rich became a partner in an entity which focused on Factory Outlet Shopping Centers nationwide. The company developed shopping centers in Arkansas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire totaling over 500,000 square feet. The team was highly respected nationally, and he was on the National Board of Directors for the “Developers of Outlet Centers” and chaired several national committees.
In 2008, The Lannan Company became very involved in Downtown Nashua and Rich was appointed to serve on the Service Advisory Committee and the Downtown Improvement Committee. Both of these committees are appointed by the Mayor and Board of Alderman as advisory boards to help insure the future improvement and growth of Downtown Nashua. In 2017, Rich was appointed to the Steering Committee of the proposed Nashua Performing Arts Center (NPAC) and, in November of 2018, he became chairman of the committee. In 2019, a 501c3 non-profit was formed for the NPAC, which Rich is the president of the nine member board. Rich has owned mixed use investment properties in Downtown Nashua for over 20 years and remains dedicated to the vibrancy of the downtown community.

Harry joined The Lannan Company in 2005 as Property Manager for all the investment properties. He continues his property management duties and has been instrumental in the commercial development of the company. Harry and Rich work closely together to improve the company portfolio and are seeking commercial real estate opportunities, specifically, well established commercial properties.

Shayla joined The Lannan Company in 2006 and is responsible for the financial aspects of the company. She also handles all office management, payroll, insurance, payables, receivables, residential leasing and tenant record keeping. Chuck joined The Lannan Company as maintenance manager in 2004. He is an extremely trust worthy and loyal person who is well liked by all our tenants.
