Flagstone Crossing

On February 4, 2020 we purchased the three acre site on the corner of Flagstone Drive and Lowell Rd (Rt. 3A) in Hudson, NH.  Construction for Flagstone Crossing was completed in the Fall of 2020 and we now have a new 17,900 sf retail plaza consisting of two buildings.  Tenants include DCU, BOSS Blow Dry Bar, Greenwood Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Lux Nails, Hudson Brews and Starbucks.

Phase II is now complete across the street at 3 Flagstone Drive. Tenants include The Nail Loft and American Family Care (AFC opening tbd).
