Flagstone Crossing

On February 4, 2020 we purchased the three acre site on the corner of Flagstone Drive and Lowell Rd (Rt. 3A) in Hudson, NH.  Construction for Flagstone Crossing was completed in the Fall of 2020 and we now have a new 17,900 sf retail plaza consisting of two buildings.  Tenants include DCU, BOSS Blow Dry Bar, Greenwood Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Lux Nails, Hudson Brews and Starbucks.

On May 26, 2022 we purchased the site across the street at 3 Flagstone Drive. Construction was completed in Spring of 2023. Tenants include The Nail Loft and American Family Care.
