Rich began his real estate career with an office in Nashua in 1978 and six years later formed a commercial brokerage firm that quickly turned into the acquisition arm for a large real estate investment firm. In 1986, Rich became a partner in an entity which focused on Factory Outlet Shopping Centers nationwide. The company developed shopping centers in Arkansas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire totaling over 500,000 square feet. The team was highly respected nationally and he served on the National Board of Directors for the Developers of Outlet Centers and chaired several national committees.
In 1996, he formed The Lannan Company to purchase and build investment properties throughout southern New Hampshire. The Lannan Company is committed to Downtown Nashua, owning mixed use investment properties since the mid-90s, and is dedicated to the vibrancy of the downtown community.
In 2008, Rich was appointed to Nashua’s Service Advisory Committee and the Downtown Improvement Committee. In 2017, Rich was appointed to the Steering Committee of the proposed Nashua Performing Arts Center (NPAC) and, in November of 2018, he became chairman of the committee. In 2019, Nashua Community Arts, a 501c3 non-profit was formed for the NPAC, which Rich is the president of the nine-member board. He is also president of other boards associated with what is now known as the Nashua Center for the Arts, including the newly formed Board of Trustees.
He serves on several other Boards including the Enterprise Bank of Southern NH Advisory Council and the Heart Warrior Foundation Advisory Board. Rich started the annual Tommy Sauvigne Memorial Golf Tournament in 2018 in memory of his infant grandson Tommy, which has raised tens of thousands of dollars yearly to benefit the Heart Warrior Foundation.
In 2023, Rich was recognized as Business Leader of the Year and Citizen of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce for the dedication and passion he has for the Nashua Center for the Arts and Downtown Nashua.

Harry joined The Lannan Company in 2005 as Property Manager for all the investment properties. He continues his property management duties and has been instrumental in the commercial development of the company. Harry and Rich work closely together to improve the company portfolio and are seeking commercial real estate opportunities, specifically, well established commercial properties.

Shayla joined The Lannan Company in 2006 and is responsible for the financial aspects of the company. She also handles all office management, payroll, insurance, payables, receivables, residential leasing and tenant record keeping.
